感覚って大事～？！
梅雨に入り、急に蒸し暑くなってきましたね・・・
私は寒いのが超苦手なので、暑くてもやっぱり夏の方がいいかなぁ・・・と。
３KGのメディシンボールのトレーニングをやると汗だくになりますけれど・・・。
でも感覚を養うには必要だな～と思います。スポーツや芸術には、学問を習得する以上に「感」が必要ですからね・・・。
解っているのにできないのは、自分にその感覚がないから・・・で、でもそれって、「あ、これか？！」と突然やってきたりしますよね
つまりはやり続けて感じていくしかない！とコーチにも言われます。
『五感』の中には、人それぞれ「優位感覚」というのがあります。一般的には人間は80％の情報を視覚から入手するので、視覚は比較的優れてはいるのだけど・・・。
嘘をついたときに特徴的な「目の動き」をするように、人は記憶をたどるときにも、優位感覚を示す用な目の動きをするんだそうです
『昨日のよる、何食べた？』って質問してみてください。
「え～っと・・」と考えながら・・・
目を上に動かす人は『視覚』に
下に動かす人は『触覚（体の感覚）』
そして、目を横に動かす人は『聴覚』
を頼りにしているのだそうです。
大抵の人は、視覚を頼るみたいですが。。。
私は・・・「聴覚」らしい。珍しいと言われました。
言われてみれば、その通りだと思いますね
音楽をやっていたこともあるけれど、音感や語学の会話（発音）など聴覚にまつわるものや、人の声のトーンや言葉の言い回し、環境の音の変化・・・
本を読むより、音で聞いたものの方が遥かに印象強く残ります・・・
ウインブルドンに初めて行った時もまず感動したのは、ボールの反響する音の違いだった・・・なぁ（って、これは関係ないか・・・
）
とにかく、「優位感覚」をうまく使って学習することはとても効果的なんだそうです。
テニスの上達にも聴覚が使えればいいのに～！（コーチのアドバイスを聴くことですね！）
